描述：SCP-CN-4669-1是一座位于日本东京都中央区明石町的双层歇山顶楼阁建筑，规格长78米、高24米、进深21米，南北设五级石阶，檐瓦配置陶制鸱尾，符合8世纪唐代建筑风格。SCP-CN-4669-1分为两层，第一层无任何异常效应，通过该异常第一层的梯子可进入第二层。

该项目第二层主要为木制结构房屋，房屋内堆有大量尸体，尸体均保持死亡一到两天的状态且均不会腐烂，通过服饰判断尸体大部分死于日本江户时代晚期，部分尸体出现头发被人为拔去的迹象。进入该项目第二层的个体将在一定条件下无法离开SCP-CN-4669-1，目前离开的两种方法分别为杀死其他在SCP-4669-1第二层的人类个体或杀死SCP-CN-4669-2。离开此项目的人类个体将被称为SCP-4669-3，所有目前已知的SCP-CN-4669-3个体都被检测出出现严重的反社会人格或人格分裂。

SCP-CN-4660-2是一位年龄为60岁左右的日本女性，身高约为1.62m，身上的服饰有明显的日本江户时代晚期风格。
