特殊收容措施


SCP-9243无法以常规手段收容。基金会的收容工作应聚焦于主动监控与最小化同异常主要效应与持续公众传播的连带后果相关联的附加效应。虚假信息已被植入多份重要记录中,包括但不限于历史记述,人口普查结果,政府数据库以及消费者分析系统。

此日被称为每年的“目标日期”。

将在目标日期±72小时之内足月的妊娠应被标记为高风险并予以更进一步的细致监查。若可能,建议基金会部署的产科团队优先安排医学上安全的排班调整,确保分娩早于或晚于目标日期至少24小时发生。当重新规划在医学上不可行时,机动特遣队Tau-8(“安静摇篮”)需被预先部署以提供紧急支援与疏散工作。原则上不会允许一位母亲仅仅为了基金会的目的经受有风险的措施;所有干预必须经基金会指挥部中获授权的医学伦理联络员批准。

任何尝试于目标日期协助分娩的人员或组织必须被拦截。基金会将使用乃至竭尽一切可能的反制措施以劝阻或中段此类行动。极少数情况下,允许使用致命武力。

被确认为出生于目标日期的人,假若其存在,则应被转移至Site-43健康学与病理学部以在观察与研究下接受保守治疗。由于增强的因果扰动风险,任何时候均不允许实施侵入性的年龄操纵医学措施。

设施ADA-1当前无使用可能,且从未有过使用可能。


描述


SCP-9243为一持续性全球异常,使每年目标日期时不可能出现人类活产。

于目标日期催生活产的尝试导致了准确定性因果干预以阻止活产于此日发生。此类干预的机制多样,但据观察共有数个相同特征:

  • 干预通常强迫事件结果改变以使受影响的出生发生于目标日期之前或之后。然而,假使这不可能,妊娠最终将通过其他更为无法预测的方式被扰乱从而无法得到活产。
  • 此类干预经常涉及连串极不可能的事件紧凑依序发生(如:同时出现但无关联的致失能创口,救护车路线被无预先地质学征兆而迅速形成的天坑阻断,逐步恶化的随机维护与技术性问题接连发生,群体中异常增长的信息传播障碍与错误理解导致的进一步通信崩溃等)。
  • 干预频繁通过建筑倒塌、机动车连环相撞以及突发自然灾害/猛烈火情之类事件造成连带损伤。上述连带损伤之规模往往与所述目标日期时计划分娩之数量相关。

历史上被记载为出生于目标日期的个体显现出以下两个现象之一:

A)在绝大多数案例中,个体不再存在于当前现实。替代其世界线1的本体论空洞将遭受因果干预以使周围空间合理化。这导致的逆因果连续性允许任何本体论层面上能够以稳定状态再连接的受影响现象之起点与终点总可以再连接至此状态。

B)罕见情况下,受影响个体将不会经受正确置换。这是由于其先前人生中极不可能出现的相互作用(例如与异常的遭遇),大大增多了SCP-9243制造的时间性副产物。这种情况下,个体仍于物理层面上存在,但将持续显现出渐进非线性衰老的迹象;这是因为与其世界线相关的出生时间对应时空内人类不可能进行活产的一点,该对象的生物标志物将逐渐失去同步性,进而导致关于躯体生理上与人体发育不同阶段不相匹配的并发症。生物学不同步的部位将随时间流逝愈发明显,而受影响者继续存在于现实中并与周围空间之能态交互。

ADA-1 SIMPLIFIED LOGIC


Given recurrent anomaly X on Target Date D, worldline W of one's past self p and future self f:

  • p (valid birthday D) enters ADA-1 on D. ADA-1 then seals itself shut, generating an internally-isolated temporal reference frame (initialized at given time t0). p then drafts an ADA ledger for recurrent anomaly X, which includes a unique cryptographic hash for validation purposes.
  • Displacement anchor array calibrates to match W, generating a datamap which describes the parameters of f's eventual involvement, setting the time and date in which the ledger will become available again.
  • ADA-1 will then begin running a series of preemptive analyses of X's total ontological recondicity, comparing it to the magnitude of ontological potential that will be generated by all affected individuals, accounting for the eventual leakage margin (Case B persons).
  • Once this phase is complete, p is to await future validation.
  • f (invalid birthday D) enters ADA-1 at t1 (t0 + 1 year) on D, sealing themselves inside the structure once more.
  • p's ledger will then be made available to f, who is to compare its contents and the accompanying cryptographic hash to their own records, which will match.2
  • As no discrepancies exist, f will proceed to retrovalidate the ledger from p, initiating the temporal displacement ten seconds later.
  • p will promptly leave ADA-1 upon confirming that retrovalidation has occurred, which will temporarily collapse the isolated reference frame within the facility. ADA-1 will then go into standby until unsealed by f. Subsequently, p will forget their birthday, becoming f over the course of a year.
  • X’s “birth” is immediately displaced as the restructuring event ripples throughout all of time.
  • Moments after displacement, f will be instantaneously annihilated inside ADA-1, as a paradox resolution workload cascade occurs, caused by critical overflow of temporal waste obliterating the array's abatement buffers. The shielded bulkheads will contain and isolate the runoff, aside from the previously-determined leakage margin.
  • SCP-9243 fails to displace the anomaly's own birth-type activation by f, due to it occurring within an isolated temporal state disconnected from natural causality. ADA-1 is therefore permanently sealed; in baseline history, it has never been entered, as no coherent entry event persists. The facility cannot be activated unless ADA-2 is first activated, targeting SCP-9243.
